Understanding of needs
As a first step in the process, an understanding of the user's needs is made. For these sessions, the needs came from internal areas who were looking to improve processes in order to reduce time and costs or that directly affected the end customers. Then, we structured the proposed management of the co-creative session to present it to the users.

Workshop session
With the needs identified and the session structured, we carry out sessions of maximum 4 hours and maximum 20 people, in which separating different groups, the exercises are developed and put in socialization of the whole audience to generate more ideas.
For these exercises we use methodologies such as Elevetor pitch, Icebreakers, hats exercise, Lego Serious play, among others.









Results
Based on the results obtained in the sessions, commitments are created with times and people in charge that must be implemented in an estimated time, which will be reviewed in the following months by the innovation area in order to measure the effectiveness of the sessions.
