Dashboards design
MiBanco's objectives for the years 2020 - 2021 included re-structuring its model and data visualization, seeking to improve the use of decision-making graphics for the most interested users through PowerBi software and established interaction flows.

Business needs identified
Through interviews and contextualizations, we were able to gain an understanding of the users that belonged to the three tables with which the project worked: Marketing, Finance and Risks. We also identified specific needs within the work context and obtained as much feedback as possible in order to be able to make our design proposals.

Information architecture
With the definitions made through the interviews with the users, we made the architecture for each of the tables that will help us to understand the navigation flows and the content that we would have in each one of them.

Dashboards and navigation design
To set up the design of the graphics inside the dahsboards, we worked in parallel in PowerBI, Sketch and Figma, using the latter two as part of the interaction and performing the dahsboard design directly from the main tool.
With the work in Sketch, we were also able to achieve a prototype of real interaction between categories, screens and internal components.

High fidelity and Prototyping
Finally, along with the high fidelity screens, we designed a prototype with which we could perform usability tests and evaluate the user experience to identify early improvements in the process and implement them along the way.
UI Kit and Style Guideline
As part of the process we carried out the design of each of the navigation components as part of the UI Kit and added a Style Guide Line that would allow the team to use all the work in new dashboard designs in the future.
