
Redesign CBE UI Admin
The project focused on the redesign of the railway management platform in which the different parts of the design were applied from research to the implementation of the high fidelity of the platform screens. The biggest problem of the platform was specified in its difficulty of use, reprocessed, and outdated interface.

Interviews with 6 direct users of the platform to know their profile, in particular their level of understanding of the process, how it is developed in their work context and their digital capacity.
Guiding Questions:

This process was developed through virtual interviews due to the contingency of COVID 19 and the location of the team.

Customer journey milestone
The customer journey process for Vix had a combination of different design research methodologies such as Brainstorming, Customer journey map, Card sorting and heuristic test, with the objective of achieving the greatest amount of feedback through a virtual workshop and prioritizing the most recurrent pains expressed by users.

Wireframes
After defining the most critical points within the platform, investigating possible solutions and prioritizing them together with the business, together with the team we went on to build the skeleton of the new platform structure, based on the needs of the users and their profiles to build the best solutions that will allow them to optimize their work process.

High fidelity, UI Kit and Prototyping
With the structure defined and validated in a first instance with the users, we managed to create the UI Kit and Style guideline to design the main components of the platform, their behaviors and ways of use thus achieving the high fidelity of the main screens.
